This recipe is just delicious. I’ve made it a bunch of times and loooove it every time. (I skip the added brown sugar because why. And also the pepper because I don’t like pepper. Oh, and I double the asparagus because hello! Asparagus!)

Today started out poorly when I dropped a container of eggs and broke a whole bunch. Then, as I’m elbow deep in egg goo, E comes in and says to me, “Mama! Henry’s in your knitting things!” So that was awesome. But then we made cinnamon rolls, and this for dinner, and I prepped dinner for tomorrow so all I have to do when I get home tomorrow is throw it in the oven. YAY.
