We went up to Boothbay Harbor for my dad’s birthday and went to the railway village – there’s a real steam engine powered train to ride, a huge exhibit of antique autos, model trains and other historical stuff all over the place. And goats. (?) We went last year but H was too little to appreciate it. This year both kids loved it! This is my favorite shot from the day – H and his grandma (my step-mom) beside me on the train.
Side note: I’ve been using my “real” camera a lot more the past few days and I’m loving it, though also remembering why I stopped. It’s not the taking of photos that’s hard for me to make time for – it’s the transferring/editing/uploading. Ugh! (I like editing…but…time. Always with the time.)
