I’ve been mixing it up at the gym lately and actually pushing myself instead of just being complacent about my workouts. Here I’m riding a bike! Wheee! When I start to feel a little down about my physical activity level I just need to remind myself how far I’ve come and how any amount of exercise is better than the none I was getting for a large part of my adult life. I’m probably in better shape now than I have been pretty much ever. Go me!
